Ride with pet couldn't be completed

If you're travelling with a pet, select the “Pet transportation” option. You can find it by tapping the service class. If this option isn't in the menu, call the driver and ask if they can accommodate your request.

If you have a small pet, make sure they're in a carrier. If you have a large dog, make sure they're muzzled and you have something to cover the seat with so it doesn't get dirty.
