How do I register for a corporate account?
To get a Yandex Go for Business account, you need to submit an application on the site or email us your company's details. One of our team members will contact you within a couple hours to sign a contract. Once signed, we'll email your account login and password.
How long does it take to register?
From start to finish, registering in Yandex Go can take 2−5 days.
What can I use the service for?
You can use Yandex Go for Business to request corporate rides around the city and to/from the airport. We can help get your employees home after evening shifts, or get your team together before work starts in the morning. Yandex Go is also perfect for hosting groups of guests, with spacious minivans that hold up to 6 passengers.
What accounting documents do corporate clients get?
At the beginning of each month, Yandex Go corporate clients receive closing documents for the reporting period, including an Agent Report and an invoice.
What are the payment options for corporate services?
Services are paid from your company's settlement account.
How does the online account work for corporate clients?
Your company's online account is where you can manage all of your settings. Here you can add employees and set additional restrictions for requesting rides. Your online account also contains all the information on every ride, including passenger data, route, price, and time. This is where you can download reports in Excel. Lastly, there's a section where you can request a ride.
